Three weeks, three sessions, one person with you the whole way.

1. Week 1: Diagnose and set up We talk through where your business stands today, gather what we need (logo, photos, pricing), and lock in the one path a customer follows to buy. This is also where we record the baseline we'll measure against.
2. Week 2: Build and review We build the brand asset and the page that sells. One round of revisions is included, and this is also where we walk you through the AI tools, live, on a real problem from your own business.
3. Week 3: Handover You get the full handover pack: the asset, the page with access, the prompt pack, and a scorecard with real numbers already in it. You sign off that everything landed, and from there, it's yours to run.

No surprise charges appear halfway through. Scope is agreed before we start, and it's written down.
